Check in was smooth but could do with giving more information about the hotel. During the stay, only large towel is provided. No small towels. Not a problem for me as I’m travelling solo. I had the deluxe sea view and view is great too. Bed a comfortable. Pillows are great too.

Very clean rooms and larger than the rooms we stayed at Santika Bukit Tinggi. Very nice and wide spread to choose from local to western for buffet breakfast .

We like the strategic location. Also, the friendly staffs render their services to the guests. Especially, a surprise cake given to us for our anniversary. We returned to stay as we liked the spread of menu both international and local food availability. The foods were regularly ready to replenish by the staffs.

Great hotel, great location. I think it is the best hotel in Padang for sure. Great breakfast with western breads and pastries. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only removing 1 star for service as staff did not want to give us some empty plates to have birthday cake in our room? We didn't think it was an unreasonable request!

Stayed here just for one night before our next destination. Overall experience were good. City center, next to resto and cafe. Choose 1 room with beach view but it was late arrival and early check out. So we can not enjoy the view. Buffet for sahoor were great. Many variety options.

The staff was unhelpful. They weren’t rude but didn’t really care about the guests. The breakfast was the worst. They gave us raw potatoes, tasteless omelette and undercook red beans. We dont recommend this hotel at all. With $95 you can book something better.
